Love of pancakes started:

At birth! Well as soon as I was on solids at least, my family always went mad with pancakes on Pancake Day, so my love for pancakes was born. I used to eat them with traditional sugar and lemon, but now I love experimenting using anything I find in the cupboard.

Favourite topping:

This changes all the time, but at the moment I’m partial to Golden Syrup, I didn’t have any sugar left and wanted a sweet topping. I used my housemate's , Lyle's Golden Syrup in the cupboard, which he usually puts on porridge and haven’t looked back since!!

Wackiest thing you’ve done with a pancake:

Made this film – it took me 80 hours!
